~ Can You Dig It? Build a PC Wagon Free Zone! ~

(Reblogged from my original post on May 29, 2012)

Got a parcel, fancy stuff of wishful disposition
A “Back to the Future” kinda science fiction ride, a supernatural wand
A sphere made out of the finest stone
No how-to-do-it manual, decrees or injunctions
Ordinances or convictions to maintain.
Script on the carton that reads: BUILD A LIFE TO BE… HOWEVER YOU WANT IT TO BE.
Will you take it as a teachable moment or a case of playing the field for a carefree life wannabe?
Run a risk, jaunt through it and take revel in it.

What kind of life do you want
Perpetual possibilities
Build a classic work of art
A brilliant piece of creative work that sets you apart.
Be on the lookout, ‘coz real wishes do come true
A rare chance of a lifetime exists knocking its way through.

Should there be party, two parties
Or embark on a third-party fantasy?
Greed, social status, massive power grabs
Create dependent, make-believe tribes
By folks who never care, willing to take bribes.
Proliferate the so-called “blob of cells” to the max
Irritate the 41% of pro-choice club who will argue this fact
But don’t worry, the 50% of pro-life crowd will have your back.

Let every man have a chance,
Not every choice to end life to advance.
Be bold, choose your battle that would rattle
Live, fight and carry on without reserve
You are after all the master of this imagined life
You either take the straight path or swerve.
Allow not a heartbeat to be smothered
Can you dig it so far, my brother?

What kind of life do you want
An advantage you’ll only get once
A shot of a lifetime
Boundless choices in abundance.
Build an army of truth with warriors of might
Pull off a fearless Breitbart Is Here kinda act and ignite
Back off the PC wagon and simply speak up for what is right
Applaud those who are bold enough to fight
the dictatorship of relativism
and courage to flee from it with activism.
Start now without an ounce of cynicism.

A fight this crucial is consequential
Anticipate long dark tunnels along your tail
Or maybe even an albatross around your neck,
And on the verge of collapse.
But let loose of the cry of despair and despondency,
For a new day is dawning,
A new start will come forth.
Foresee a silver lining at the end of the tunnel
A light that shines through in the end
By the Mighty Hand who, all along, had it all penned.

What kind of life do you want
Anything goes
Start pointing the crystal magic wand
Muttering something under your breath
Build a masterpiece of a life to be
However you want it to be.

Dig it?

SCENARIO: In a very small town somewhere in the heart of America where all life seemed to live in harmony, the good, hardworking Mr. Jenkins down the street is driving his new Rolls-Royce. A father and son tandem witnessed the action.

Good ole days reaction of a father to a son: “Son, one day, you can be like Mr. Jenkins and can have the best car in the world. And if by chance you become wealthy because of hard work, excellence in what you do with strong work ethics, and essentially well compensated for it, you can enjoy all the beautiful things this world can offer and still be generous to others especially the needy.”

Current reaction/occupy mentality response of a father to a son: “Why is he even driving that kind of car in this part of the world? What was he thinking? Why would he buy a car for himself as expensive as that one and not just settle for a cheaper one, and give the rest of the money to the poor? Grrr! Let’s go son, and let’s tell our neighbors what a jerk and a show off Mr. Jenkins really is! He is evil!”

Which one are you? I’m definitely a good ole day kinda gal to a T!

~ Cloudy Gray Times Off You Go… R & R Team On Board ~

Paul Ryan is not my choice but kudos to Romney for picking a guy who’s huge on common sense fiscal sanity who will challenge the current administration and introduce the right economic policies for economic growth and recovery that need a bit of polishing these days. As expected, the lefties wasted no time attacking Ryan as they have already started playing the field about the Medicare lies: “Romney picks the guy who wants to end Medicare.” For Pete’s sake, he wants to save it, not end it! The Democrats obviously and shamelessly operate on their mantra using the usual tactic that “if you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.” Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. This patriot sir, cannot be tricked and refused to be enslaved!

Ryan as the VP pick will send free market engines roaring back to life. And in the VP debates, Ryan will make Joe Biden look like, well,… Joe Biden!

~ Cool Your Jets ~

A fool’s hope for an ambitious 9-zip but came up really short with a 5-4 ruling by the Supreme Court to uphold the individual mandate. Yes that fool was me, Citizen Jane, with a dream and a great hope for the future; like a warrior fully geared-up for a cause ready to join the battle. I do realize how melodramatic that sounds! Are you still ticked off from yesterday’s ruling and getting pretty tired of all this media’s unparalled hoopla? I know I am! Cool your jets, folks. There might be a hint of a silver lining at the end of the tunnel so let loose of the cry of despair & despondency, and hope for the best. Short-term boost for “the one” and his minions but will be short-lived. You’ll see. So dear God, please help us all.

Can I Just Say “Every Cloud Has A Silver Lining?”
Shall I Ask “Is The Devil Really Evil or Just Misunderstood?”

A five-minute sanity break sounds feasible, and maybe, I’ll even take a chill pill but I’m not backing down for sure. I’m with the sleeping giant that has been awakened by the bold arrogance of some, moral incompetence of many and the unprecedented influence of the political correctness wagon that surrounds and dictates their tone in an attempt to redress real or apparent injustices of the world. Former Kool-Aid drinkers near-epiphany stage welcome and will not be ridiculed. So hop in.

This Is What Scares Me Among Other Things

Let’s Make Our Country Right. Let’s Keep Our Republic. “We Cannot, Must Not and Will Not Turn Back. We Will Finish Our Job. How Can We Do Less? We Are Americans.”…”Let Us Be Sure That Those Who Come After Us Will Say Of Us That In Our Time, We Did Everything That Could Be Done. We Finish The Race, We Kept Them Free and We Kept The Faith.”

~ Sweet Victory ~

Nail-biting finish? Not really. Good ALWAYS triumphs over evil. Thank goodness!

BTW, I love the smell of fiscal sanity in the morning. This has been one of the better days to watch lefties flip out. I have a whole bag of salt and a gallon of lemon juice to rub into their wounds. Sweet!

Feeding The Homeless BANNED In Major Cities All Over America – RIGHTLYCONCERNED.COM.

O my beloved America, what have we become as a society? It is now ILLEGAL to feed the homeless and the hungry? I would like to think that we still take ownership of our desire for charitable acts towards others, live with a little more self-giving than usual and play an active role in personal charity but I guess that is no longer the case here.

Imposing stringent policies at a level that allows micromanaging and nitpicking to the smallest details not only makes it impossible to keep up with the criteria of rules; it also diminishes our ability to make a difference in someone else’s life, and our power to carry out good intentions is put to a halt.

Our compassionate instinct, which I believe is an innate human response inherent in the folds of our genetic make-up, is being assaulted by an entity that does not regard personal charity as something exclusive—exclusive to the point that the individual has to make the determination to pursue such act or opt to go the other way without fear of being penalized by the government. Let me get trivially colloquial here: the last time I checked, I thought we make the calls on these matters!

Setting up regulations in place is good but anything in excess and almost complete control on how we maneuver as individuals not only on this regard somehow dictates and violates our inclination to engage and help others. Putting up boundless streams of rules and ordinances written by people we don’t know, and certainly by people we didn’t even vote for is not gonna cut it. Its intrusion creates a mockery of our God-given attributes, and undermines our potential towards fulfilling our collaborative or self-professed commitment to a higher calling of selfless acts of kindness towards others. Where is the intrinsic worth of our actions when we have to “ask permission” from the government to help our fellowmen? Do we have to “ask permission” to show God’s mercy and love to our neighbors? This is insane! Permit no one to keep us from being wired up and charged up to respond to others in need.

~ I See A Double Standard Here ~

Let’s try to break this down and cite examples about the mainstream media’s (MSM) take on famous sports and political figures (and the not so famous and not so mainstream) who show their public display of affection that circle around their Christian faith with no ounce of hesitation (at least some of them).

We will see in the following instances how the media respond differently and apply different sets of principles for similar situations, and how these standards applied more leniently to one group than to another.

Are you sensing where I’m going? Yes, my observation on the MSM’s treatment on Tim Tebow!

Victor Cruz, New York Giants wide receiver, who had a phenomenal year with 82 catches this year, finished 3rd in the league in yards compared to zero last year. One notable play he had was his 99 yard TD catch versus New York Jets on December 24th, 2011. When asked how to describe his skill, here’s his answer:

“ I guess it is just God-given ability. When I get the ball in my hands I try to make the most out of every play. I try to make the maximum yardage I can get every time I touch the ball. God’s blessed me with some ability to do some good things and to be able jump and run and run good routes. It’s a testament to God.”

(BTW, that’s a whopping four references to GOD in just less than one minute–a rare occasion to occur on national TV in this kind of environment that is mostly leaning toward secular, the-no-mention-of-God-mantra. I’m surprised Cruz was allowed to stay on air without being cut-off).

Boxer Manny Pacquiao, WBO eight-division world champion and rated as the best pound for pound in the world, prays before, during and immediately after each fight: he wears his rosary/prayer beads every fight, he makes the sign of the cross before each round, and kneels in his corner before and after each fight whether it was a night of victory or a night of defeat.

Edson Barboza from Brazil who had a knockout (KO) win against Terry Etim from the UK at the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) last January 15, 2012 what many already claiming the most spectacular knockout in UFC history. After the knockout, Barboza gives his little “shout out to God” by pointing towards the sky, then he pounds his chest and carries on like most professional athletes these days. You see many professional NFL players do the same— point towards the sky and then dance around.

Tim Tebow, Denver Broncos quarterback, and he does this:

Why the fuss on Tim Tebow? Why such a controversy?; (and to say it’s a fascination would be an enormous overstatement by MSM’s standards). Why does the MSM not get worked up over the other guys’ religiosity like they do with Tebow? Is it because he embodies something real and rare in the mainstream? Perhaps it has something to do with the media’s lapsed perception of the old proverb “walk the talk,” that when they found out that this pro-Jesus and pro-life young man actually goes on missionary trips, and is outspoken about his stance on abortion, and when they see that his religiosity is not a game and it’s the real deal Christianity centered on a real deal Christ, they get ticked off… then they resort to other areas undermining his moral landscape, his QB skills or maybe hop into the PC wagon and create a PC issue that does not exist.

Lastly, during the last presidential election, President Obama stood in front of the microphone, and claimed that he was a born-again Christian, proclaiming Jesus as his Lord and Savior. Once again, the MSM never squeaked a single word over it but they went gaga and full stream attack on pro-life Sarah Palin with a Down Syndrome child.

Your call!

~ Go Rogue, Iowa &… Grrr! ~

Do the UNTHINKABLE, Iowa! This is your chance to change the course of history. Let’s just say, it’s your historic duty. Why settle for spam when you could have Filet Mignon? Go ROGUE and…Grrr!

What other people say…

‎24,000 emails and this is what they said

“Not only were there no scandals, the e-mails actually show Palin is funny, honest, consistent, compassionate, likable — it all amounts to another humiliating defeat in the relentless quest to destroy Sarah Palin”.

Vote Rogue ! Sarah Louise Palin POTUS 2012

Person #2
The world is fixing to find out if Iowans are really Independent or going with the same Republican establishment. “We decide for you” and y’all fall in line.
Ask yourselves this. If you were lost in the wild, who would you trust to do the right thing not part of the time but all of the time? We have all seen what just 3 years of Obama has gotten us. Or to put it simply, who would you trust if y’all were stranded in a snowstorm with just 4 other people? Sarah and Todd Palin with a snow machine or Barack and Michelle Obama with a tele- prompter? Give me the Palin’s. And the Romney’s would just offer money for someone to lead them out. Vote Rogue! Caucus Sarah Palin.

Person #3
Dear Iowa Voters,

Before you cast your vote on Caucus day, please consider, as an Iowan and an American:

If you are a farmer, who do you want working in the fields with you?
If you are a fisherman, who do you want casting the nets with you?
If you are a gun owner, who do you want protecting your rights?
If you are a small business owner, who do you want managing the finances for you?
If you have to take care of someone with special needs, at home or at work, who do you want advocating for them?
If you have a military family member whose life was touched by war, who do you want praying with you?

Romney? Paul? Gingrich? Perry? Bachmann? Santorum?

I believe you’d pick Sarah Palin because SARAH PALIN IS YOU.

Please write-in Sarah Palin.

~ It’s Yours For The Taking! ~

Are you still shopping for a potential Presidential candidate that would fit into your core values? Are you on the hunt for someone who:

1. opposes to welfare and government funds but is in favor of government funds going to victims of floods, fires, and earthquakes who are in need, VERSUS someone who supports social welfare programs that make people dependent on the government and limit their initiative?
2. is against abortion who wants to save the lives of unborn fetuses?
3. is willing to increase the budgets for the military and for prisons on the grounds that they provide protection?
4. enforces the 10th Amendment?; someone who favors states’ rights over the power of the federal government? “All power not specifically delegated to the federal government by our Constitution is reserved for the states and for we the people.”
5. gives free rein in government regulations to support the expansion of the economy to allow small businesses considerable freedom to maximize entrepreneurship and increase their ability to hire more people?
6. will lead America to be energy independent to become energy superpower by tapping into our local/domestic energy supplies?
7. will prevent the triumph of crony capitalism that caters to special tax breaks and hand-outs to friends in the political world, etc.?; someone who actually dealt with this cronyism first hand, who has the bumps and bruises to prove it, fighting the corruption and fighting the power of manipulation in favor of one or more government entities?
8. will repeal the ultimate mandate, Obamacare?

Take it, Sarah… it’s yours! Throw your hat in the ring!
